Its biggest innovation lies in the separate design of silicone skeleton and rattan lining.The silicone skeleton provides flexibility and anti sticking properties that traditional wicker baskets do not have,making dough demolding extremely smooth and resistant to dishwasher cleaning.The embedded natural rattan woven mat ensures proper breathability of the dough surface during fermentation and can form professional and deep fermentation patterns.This is a pure silicone or plastic basket.The feature of 360 degree folding allows the thickness of the two baskets after storage to be only about 3 centimeters,saving kitchen space.The rattan lining can be taken out separately for drying to prevent the growth of mold.

The set includes a round(Boule)and an oval(Bâtard)basket.The outer diameter of the circular basket is about 22 centimeters,and the inner depth is about 9 centimeters;The oval basket is about 30 centimeters long,12 centimeters wide,and 7 centimeters deep inside.The silicone part adopts platinum vulcanization process,with a thickness of about 2.5 millimeters,which complies with FDA and LFGB standards.The rattan lining is hand woven from natural rattan skin and fixed to the silicone skeleton with food grade adhesive.The total weight of the entire product(including canvas)is approximately 500 grams.The temperature resistance range covers the entire process from freezing and waking up to being directly placed in the oven(although it is usually not baked directly).

Specially used for the final fermentation stage of European bread and sourdough bread.Round baskets are suitable for making Country Loaf,whole wheat bread,etc;The oval basket is an ideal choice for making French baguettes,Italian slipper bread(Ciabatta),and similar shaped bread.Before the dough is put in,it is usually necessary to sprinkle a small amount of Rice noodles or flour on the lining and the surface of the dough to enhance the anti sticking effect and form a symbolic flour pattern.After fermentation is complete,simply invert the basket onto a baking stone or baking tray,and the dough can easily fall off.The basket itself can also be used as a display container for cooled bread.
