The core of this device is the PID temperature control system and intelligent program algorithm.Users only need to select the chocolate type(black,white,milk)and tempering curve,and the machine will automatically perform the classic temperature adjustment process of heating,cooling,and reheating.The wrapped PTC ceramic heater,combined with a stainless steel inner tank water bath,ensures uniform and stable heat transfer without the risk of local overheating.The detachable automatic mixing blades operate at a constant low speed to ensure consistent temperature of the chocolate paste and eliminate unmelted particles.The insulation mode can maintain a working temperature of around 31°C for a long time after the chocolate temperature is adjusted,making it convenient for continuous dipping or injection molding.Large capacity design can meet the needs of small-scale mass production.

The stainless steel inner container has a capacity of 2 kilograms(approximately 1.3 liters of water bath space),and the effective chocolate processing capacity is about 1-1.5 kilograms.The temperature control adopts microprocessor PID algorithm,with an accuracy of±0.5°C,and is equipped with high-precision platinum resistance sensor(Pt100).The heating power is 500W,and the heating rate is about 1.5°C/minute.The speed of the mixing motor is 25±5 RPM,which can alternate in forward and reverse directions to improve uniformity.The external dimensions of the device are approximately 32cm in length,28cm in width,and 25cm in height.The power supply is 110V/60Hz(or 220V/50Hz optional),which complies with CE/UL safety standards.The inner container and mixing components can be disassembled for easy and thorough cleaning.
