The core is a large 10 cm diameter cutting wheel made from 440C stainless steel.440C is a high-carbon,high-chromium martensitic stainless steel that,after heat treatment,achieves a hardness of HRC 58-60,resulting in an extremely sharp and wear-resistant edge capable of cutting through crispy crusts and hearty toppings with ease.The wheel is mounted on a precision-machined axle with double ball bearings,allowing exceptionally smooth rotation.This enables cutting with minimal downward pressure,using a rolling motion to avoid compressing and displacing toppings.The handle combines natural cork segments over a stainless steel core,offering comfortable,heat-insulated grip and good control.A unique quick-release mechanism allows tool-free removal of the cutting wheel for thorough cleaning or replacement.

Total cutter height(from top of handle to bottom of wheel)is approximately 28 cm,providing ample leverage.The wheel is about 2 mm thick with a single-bevel sharpened edge and a narrow edge angle.The stainless steel main shaft is about 8 mm in diameter.The cork handle is about 15 cm long,ergonomically designed.Total weight is 350 g,offering a solid feel.
