The core advantage lies in the integrated valve control and metering design, integrating the electric ball valve and gas metering movement into a single device, supporting one-key remote valve switching operations. It has a built-in high-precision metering movement that meets the Class 1.0 metering standard, and uses low-power NB-IoT communication technology, eliminating the need for additional wiring and being easy to install to fit most household gas pipe layouts. It is equipped with a 3.6V disposable lithium battery and a backup battery, ensuring normal operation for more than 48 hours after power outages. It has an IP65 protection rating to resist daily dust and splashing, and supports abnormal gas usage alarm functions, automatically sending early warning information to the background when abnormal flow, low battery or valve failure occurs. It has a data storage capacity of up to 1.5 years to meet long-term billing data retrieval requirements, and has passed authoritative certifications such as CE, FCC and OIML R50 to ensure safe and compliant usage.

The overall dimensions of the unit are 150mm × 100mm × 60mm, with a net weight of 320g. It fits DN15/DN20 standard gas pipe interfaces. The working humidity range is 10% ~ 90% RH (no condensation), with a communication delay of ≤10 seconds. The data transmission interval can be customized. It supports OTA remote firmware upgrades, with an electric ball valve switching response time of ≤3 seconds, can withstand a maximum gas pressure of 16bar, and is compatible with NB-IoT network bands from the three major domestic telecom operators and mainstream gas management cloud platform interface protocols.
It is mainly used in residential homes, small commercial stores, rental apartments and other scenarios. It can help gas companies realize functions such as remote automatic billing, automatic gas shutoff when fees are overdue and abnormal gas usage early warning, eliminating the need for manual on-site fee collection or gas usage inspection, greatly reducing the operating costs of gas companies. At the same time, it provides users with convenient remote payment and gas usage query services. Users can check real-time gas usage and payment status via mini-programs, and remotely restore gas supply after payment is completed. It is suitable for core scenarios such as remote gas metering, automatic valve control and abnormal early warning.
