It adopts multi-sensor array design, which improves the stability and accuracy of weighing. It supports connection to industrial automation systems such as MES and PLC, and can realize real-time data monitoring and remote control. It solves the problem of low weighing accuracy of traditional belt scales in high-speed conveying scenarios, and greatly improves the efficiency of bulk material weighing.

This high-speed dynamic belt weigher has an overall dimension of 3800*1500*2000mm and a net weight of 1200kg. The weighing accuracy is ±0.08% F.S., with a belt width of 800mm and a belt speed range of 0.1~5m/s. The maximum weighing capacity is 800t/h, and the power supply is 380V 3-phase 50/60Hz. The shell is made of carbon steel with 304 stainless steel liner, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The protection grade is IP65, which can adapt to most industrial environments. The output interfaces include Profinet, RS485 and Ethernet, which can be connected to various industrial control systems.
