Adopts high-precision strain weighing sensors and anti-interference signal processing modules, solving the problem of material measurement deviation caused by traditional loader weighing systems. The quick-install design allows completion of installation and deployment within 30 minutes without shutdown and modification. The high-brightness backlit screen can clearly display readings even in strong light environments, and the built-in large-capacity lithium battery does not require frequent charging. It supports data export and local storage, helping managers grasp operation data in real time and reduce errors and labor costs of manual measurement.

The weighing range covers 8 to 12 tons with an accuracy of ±0.5% full scale. The whole machine is made of high-strength alloy steel with a weight of about 25kg. The display has a size of 4.3 inches with a resolution of 320*240. The power supply voltage supports DC12-24V compatible with the loader's vehicle power supply. The protection rating is IP67, which can cope with outdoor rain, snow and dust environments. The overall dimensions are 650mm in length, 200mm in width and 150mm in height, suitable for the base of standard small and medium-sized loader buckets.
