The built-in anti-interference circuit avoids signal interference from industrial equipment such as motors, ensuring stable data transmission. It uses a 380V 50Hz AC power supply, and is equipped with RS485 and Modbus TCP communication interfaces, with a data transmission delay of less than 100ms. The overall weight varies according to the belt width, ranging from 200kg to 800kg. The working temperature range is -20℃ to +60℃, and it has an overload protection function with a threshold of 120% of the rated range. The LED large-screen display supports Chinese and English switching, and can display real-time weighing data, flow rate, and total cumulative weight, and supports storage of up to 10,000 historical weighing records for local query and export.
