Adopts modular quick-disassembly design, with a single weighing module weighing only 8kg, and one person can complete installation and disassembly within 15 minutes, adapting to different tonnage of wheeled and crawler loaders. It adopts high-strength anti-slip rubber pads and locking devices to ensure the stability and accuracy of the weighing process. The built-in large-capacity lithium battery has a battery life of up to 20 days without external power supply. Bluetooth communication can synchronize data to the mobile phone APP, realizing rapid data viewing and export.
The weighing range covers 5 to 10 tons with an accuracy of ±0.6% full scale. The single module has dimensions of 300mm in length, 200mm in width and 120mm in height. The whole set of equipment includes 4 weighing modules and 1 display host, with a total weight of about 18kg. The display is a 3.5-inch backlit LCD screen with a resolution of 240*160. The power supply is DC5V built-in lithium battery (up to 20 days of battery life). The protection rating is IP65. It adapts to loaders with bucket width of 1.8-3.0m.
It is suitable for scenarios such as short-term engineering projects, cross-regional road construction, temporary gravel yards and agricultural bulk material loading and unloading. It can be quickly deployed on different loaders without equipping fixed weighing equipment for each loader, reducing the equipment procurement cost of enterprises and meeting the weighing needs of temporary operations.
