Adopts high-precision imported strain weighing sensors with strong anti-interference ability, solving the problem of weighing accuracy deviation during heavy material loading and unloading. The embedded installation method is perfectly integrated with the large loader bucket base without affecting operation flexibility. The high-brightness touch LCD screen has strong light visibility, and can clearly display readings even in the strong light environment of mines. It supports 4G remote data transmission and local storage, and can generate detailed loading and unloading volume reports, helping mining companies accurately calculate material transportation costs and inventory.

The weighing range covers 15 to 30 tons with an accuracy of ±0.2% full scale. The whole machine is made of high-strength alloy steel with a weight of about 45kg. The display is a 7-inch high-brightness touch LCD screen with a resolution of 1024*600. The power supply supports DC24-48V vehicle power supply or AC220V external power supply. The protection rating is IP68, which can cope with the harsh dust and rain environment of mines. The overall dimensions are 800mm in length, 280mm in width and 200mm in height. It adapts to large wheel loaders with bucket width of 3.0-4.5m.

It is suitable for heavy operation scenarios such as large open-pit mines, heavy industrial raw material loading and unloading ports, large cement clinker production bases and steel plant raw material transshipment.
