The explosion-proof high-brightness LCD screen has anti-glare function, which can clearly display data in strong light and dust environments. It supports Bluetooth wireless data transmission to the central control room, realizing real-time remote monitoring of loading and unloading volume and avoiding safety risks of manual on-site reading.
The weighing range covers 10 to 15 tons with an accuracy of ±0.3% full scale. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel with a weight of about 32kg. The display is a 5-inch explosion-proof LCD screen with a resolution of 480*320. The power supply supports DC12-36V vehicle power supply or built-in explosion-proof lithium battery (up to 40 days of battery life). The protection rating is IP68, which can cope with short-term underwater immersion and strong dust environments. The overall dimensions are 720mm in length, 230mm in width and 170mm in height, suitable for medium-sized wheel loader buckets.
