The overall dimensions of the belt weigher are 1800*800*1200mm, with a net weight of about 350kg. It is suitable for belt conveyors with a belt width of 400-600mm, and the adjustable belt speed ranges from 0.05 to 2m/s. The weighing frame adopts a suspended structure to reduce the friction between the scale frame and the belt, improving measurement stability. The control system adopts an industrial-grade touch screen man-machine interface, which supports data storage and export, and can connect to the factory's production management system via Modbus RTU/485 interface.

This equipment is mainly applicable to grain processing plants, feed processing factories, grain depots, chemical raw material warehouses and other scenarios that require continuous bulk material metering.
