The core advantage of this product lies in its standardized production process, with precisely controlled wire diameter and mesh size ensuring uniform force distribution. The hot-dip galvanized layer thickness reaches over 85μm, far exceeding the industry average, enabling more than 15 years of outdoor use in humid, saline-alkali complex environments without obvious rust. Compared with traditional welded mesh panels, this stretch mesh has no risk of solder joint falling off, with stronger overall structural stability. It requires no additional fixing accessories during installation, only simple buckles or binding to secure, greatly shortening the construction period and solving the industry pain points of traditional protective nets with low installation efficiency and easy damage.

The detailed technical parameters include: using Q235 low carbon steel as the base material, customizable mesh opening size ranging from 25mm to 100mm, wire diameter range from 1.8mm to 4mm, standard roll specifications of 1.2m and 1.5m in width, customizable roll length from 20m to 50m, weight per square meter ranging from 2.2kg to 3.5kg, maximum tensile strength up to 400MPa, complying with ASTM A641 and EN 10244-2 industry standards. The surface galvanized layer is uniform without missing plating, passing 1000 hours of neutral salt spray test without rust.

It is mainly used for peripheral protection of scaffolding in residential buildings, commercial office buildings and bridge engineering, temporary reinforcement protection of highway slopes, production of construction site temporary enclosures, and auxiliary materials for initial support of tunnel construction. It can also be used for ventilation protection of agricultural greenhouses, production of poultry breeding cages and other scenarios, adapting to various engineering and civilian scenarios requiring lightweight and high-strength protection.
