The product uses 3003 aluminum alloy as the base material, with a wire diameter of 1.5-2.0mm and aperture of 10mm×20mm (customizable from 5mm×10mm to 20mm×30mm). The standard sheet size is 1220mm×2440mm, and custom sizes are available. The tensile strength reaches ≥150MPa, meeting the strength requirements of ventilation guard plates. The surface adopts white powder coated treatment, with uniform color and good adhesion, not easy to peel off. It has passed 600 hours of neutral salt spray test, with good corrosion resistance. It has obtained ISO 9001 certification and B1 fire resistance rating, ensuring product safety and compliance.
