A wide range of surface treatments is available, including anodized silver, black, bronze and other standard colors, as well as custom powder coating options to meet various decorative requirements. The stretched mesh surface features smooth lines and regular diamond patterns, balancing transparency and privacy. It can filter some direct sunlight while maintaining good ventilation. Compared with traditional decorative meshes, it has no solder joint defects, improved overall flatness, and a more consistent visual appearance after installation.
The conventional wire diameter ranges from 0.8mm to 2.0mm. The standard finished sizes are 1m×2m and 1.22m×3m, which can be customized to any length and width. The aperture specifications include three mainstream models: 5×10mm, 10×20mm, and 20×40mm, and the minimum aperture can be customized to 3×6mm. The thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 1.5mm, and the maximum tensile strength can reach 260MPa, complying with the ASTM B209 aluminum alloy material standard, and the mesh tension can be adjusted according to needs.
It is mainly used as facade decorative nets for commercial buildings, partition screens for hotel lobbies, vent decorative nets for subway stations, and ceiling decorative nets for office buildings. It can also be used as protective decorative nets for home balconies and display background walls for exhibition halls, adapting to all kinds of high-end decoration scenarios, combining beauty and practical performance.
