The core advantage lies in the use of food-grade 304 stainless steel raw materials, avoiding the rust problem of ordinary carbon steel stretched meshes. The wire drawing surface treatment improves the visual texture and scratch resistance. The unique diamond stretched aperture design balances ventilation and protection strength, and any size and aperture can be customized according to customer needs. It has Class A flame retardant performance, and will not release toxic smoke in high-temperature environments, complying with fire protection regulations. Compared with welded meshes, the stretched mesh has no solder joint falling risk, with a stronger overall structure and lower later maintenance costs.

The wire diameter ranges from 1.2mm to 3.0mm. The standard finished sizes are 1m×2m and 1.22m×2.44m, which can be customized to a width of up to 2m. The aperture specifications include three conventional models: 10×20mm, 20×40mm, and 50×100mm, and special apertures can be customized. The weight per square meter is about 2.3kg, the maximum tensile strength can reach 580MPa, and the yield strength is ≥205MPa, complying with the ASTM A666 stainless steel material standard.

It is mainly used as external wall protection nets for high-rise buildings, raw material filter screens for food and beverage processing plants, anti-slip protection for port decks, and grille filter layers for sewage treatment plants. It can also be used as a backboard decorative net for outdoor billboards, lighting roof protection for industrial workshops, and safety protection for civilian balconies, meeting the high-strength protection and filtration needs of different industries.
