The core advantage lies in the use of high-strength Q235 base material, combined with hot-dip galvanized double coating process, with a zinc layer thickness of ≥85μm, effectively resisting corrosion from outdoor humidity and acid-base environments. The heavy stretching process makes the mesh surface have no welding points, with a uniform overall structure, and the impact resistance is more than 30% higher than ordinary welded meshes. It can be customized with thicker wire diameter and super large aperture to meet the special needs of heavy mechanical equipment protection and mining screening operations. It is easy to install, and can be fixed by bolts or welded without complicated on-site processing, reducing construction costs.

The conventional wire diameter ranges from 3.5mm to 6.0mm. The standard sizes are 1.22m×2.44m and 1.5m×3m, which can be customized to a length of up to 6m. The aperture specifications include three mainstream models: 30×50mm, 40×60mm, and 80×120mm, and special apertures can be produced on demand. The weight per square meter is about 3.8kg, and the maximum bearing load can reach 200kg/㎡, complying with the GB 50017 steel structure design standard, and can be used as platform walkways and equipment protective covers.

It is mainly used as screening screens for mining, equipment protective covers for heavy factories, safety walkway nets for bridge construction, and cargo isolation barriers for port yards. It can also be used as temporary protective barriers for construction projects, fence nets for large-scale breeding farms, meeting the high-strength protection and screening operation needs of various heavy-duty scenarios.
