The mesh surface has uniform aperture and good water permeability, which can ensure the bonding strength between the insulation layer and the wall and avoid hollowing problems. It has no asbestos component, complying with environmental protection building material standards, harmless to the human body, and adapting to all kinds of civil and commercial construction projects.

The conventional wire diameter ranges from 0.12mm to 0.20mm. The roll length is 50m/100m, and the width is 1m, 1.2m, which can be customized to any width. The aperture specifications include three mainstream models: 4×4mm, 5×5mm, and 10×10mm, and the minimum aperture can be customized to 3×3mm. The thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 1.2mm, complying with the GB/T 20102 fiberglass grid cloth standard, and the density of the mesh cloth can be adjusted according to the thickness of the insulation layer.

It is mainly used as crack-resistant reinforcement layer for external wall insulation systems, reinforcement nets for gypsum board ceilings, crack-proof nets for wall plastering, winding reinforcement nets for thermal insulation pipes. It can also be used as the base net for external wall decorative layers and reinforcement layer for waterproof coiled materials, adapting to the crack-proof and reinforcement needs of various construction projects, and improving the overall stability and service life of building structures.
