Made from 3004 rust-proof aluminum alloy, the surface is treated with powder coating to ensure stable and durable color. It supports manual or electric angle adjustment, adapting to solar heights in different seasons. In summer, it can be adjusted to the maximum angle to block direct sunlight, while in winter, it can be adjusted to the minimum angle to allow sunlight into the room to increase temperature. Compared with fixed sunshading nets, it can achieve personalized sunshading needs throughout the year.The well-designed round hole structure improves air circulation and reduces wind load on the building facade. The rotary hinge mounting bracket allows quick disassembly and adjustment, with easy later maintenance, and it has good UV resistance to slow down material aging and extend service life.

The standard single sheet size is 1000mm×2000mm, with optional thicknesses of 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm and 1.8mm. The conventional mesh specifications are φ30mm and φ40mm. The adjustment angle range is 0° to 90°, and the single adjustment time for manual models is no more than 2 minutes. Electric models support remote control adjustment. The system weight ranges from 2.8kg/㎡ to 4.5kg/㎡. The coating thickness is 20-25μm, conforming to QB/T 3826 coating hardness standard, with an impact resistance of 5J. The shading coefficient can be adjusted from 0.30 to 0.40 based on mesh density and adjustment angle, with an air circulation rate of 50%-70%, effectively reducing wind load on the facade.
