It will not produce a large amount of toxic smoke and molten droplets in case of fire, meeting the strict fire safety requirements of densely populated places. The modular mounting design can quickly complete installation and disassembly, facilitating later maintenance and replacement. The solar shading coefficient is as low as 0.30, which can effectively block more than 75% of the direct solar heat, reducing the air conditioning energy consumption of the building. The product passes the ISO 12944 salt spray test for 1200 hours without rust, and the service life of more than 22 years greatly reduces the maintenance costs. The moderate mesh size balances sun shading effect and ventilation demand, meeting the dual requirements of ventilation and sun shading for densely populated places.

The standard size is 1500mm width * 3000mm length, which can be customized to any size. The thickness of aluminum alloy base material has two gears: 1.5mm and 1.8mm. The mesh specification is 60mm*120mm, and the shading rate can reach 70%-78%. The fire retardant powder coating thickness is 70-90μm, passing the EN 13501-1 Class A test. The smoke density rating is S1, and the toxicity emission rating is Z0, meeting the EU public place fire safety standards. The bearing capacity per square meter can reach 140kg, which can meet the structural requirements of facade hanging.
