Made of 316 stainless steel, this rope mesh has excellent corrosion resistance, can withstand industrial waste gas and rain erosion, and will not rust or break after long-term use. The mesh aperture is designed as 100*100mm, which can effectively block all kinds of small throwing objects and avoid damage to passing vehicles and pedestrians under the bridge. The high-strength woven process has a tensile strength of up to 2000N, which can withstand the impact of heavy objects, and the wind resistance rating reaches grade 14, which can resist the shaking of the mesh under strong wind. The modular installation design can be quickly built on both sides of the bridge guardrail without on-site welding, shortening the construction period, and only needs regular inspection of the buckle tightness for later maintenance, greatly reducing maintenance costs.

The rope diameter can be selected from 2.5mm to 4mm, and the mesh sizes include 80*80mm, 100*100mm and 120*120mm. The roll width ranges from 1.5m to 2.5m, and the roll length can be 20m to 100m. The unit area weight ranges from 2.0kg/㎡ to 3.0kg/㎡, with the maximum tensile strength reaching 2200N. The fire resistance rating meets GB 8624 Class A. The surface treatment is bright wire drawing, and the material is 316 stainless steel. Supporting installation accessories such as mounting brackets, tensioners and buckles are available, and custom length and width can be produced to adapt to the size requirements of different bridge guardrails.
It is mainly used for protective net projects of highway river-crossing bridges, railway viaducts and urban overpasses, and can be installed on the outside of bridge guardrails to prevent pedestrians or vehicles from throwing objects down to the bridge, ensuring the safety of passing pedestrians and vehicles under the bridge. It can also be used as a protective barrier for ports and wharves to block marine floating objects from hitting wharf facilities, suitable for various outdoor environments with strong corrosion and high wind speed.
