Made of 304 stainless steel with sandblasting matte surface treatment, this rope mesh reduces the friction coefficient between the rope and the climber's clothing, avoiding scratching clothing or skin, and has excellent impact resistance, which can withstand the impact load of climbers falling from high altitude. The mesh aperture is designed as 150*150mm, which can adapt to the spacing of various climbing fulcrums and ensure the buffer effect when climbers fall. The double-layer woven process improves the overall strength and durability of the mesh, and is not prone to wire breakage or thread off-line. The modular installation design can be quickly built on the outside of the climbing wall, and can be customized according to the height and width of the climbing wall, and only needs regular fastening of the buckles for later maintenance without complex maintenance procedures.
The rope diameter can be selected from 1.5mm to 3.0mm, and the mesh sizes include 100*100mm, 150*150mm and 200*200mm. The roll width ranges from 1.0m to 2.0m, and the roll length can be 20m to 50m. The unit area weight ranges from 1.0kg/㎡ to 1.8kg/㎡, with the tensile strength ranging from 1200N to 1800N. The maximum impact resistance reaches 1200J, and the fire resistance rating meets GB 8624 Class B1. Multiple surface treatment options are available, and custom curved mesh sheets can be produced to adapt to special-shaped climbing walls. Supporting installation accessories such as hanging pieces and wire rope rigging are complete.
It is mainly used as safety protective nets for indoor climbing gyms, outdoor climbing bases and expansion training bases, as the rear protective barrier of climbing walls to prevent climbers from falling to the ground. It can also be used as safety protective nets for high-altitude operation platforms to ensure the safety of high-altitude operators, suitable for safety protection scenarios of various high-altitude operations and climbing sports.
