This product uses 3003 rust-proof aluminum alloy as the base material, and the precise stretch forming process ensures the uniform consistency of the mesh holes. The hot-dip galvanized surface treatment can resist the corrosion of high-salt fog environment in coastal areas. Compared with traditional steel wire mesh, its self-weight is reduced by more than 60%. Complex welding operations are not required for installation, and the buckle-type installation can greatly shorten the construction period. At the same time, it has good ventilation and light transmission, which can be used as an integrated solution for building exterior facade sunshade decoration and protection, meeting the lightweight and environmental protection requirements of modern green buildings.

The base material is 1060/3003 aluminum alloy, the wire diameter ranges from 0.5mm to 2.0mm, and the standard finished size is 1220mm×2440mm, which supports custom size customization. The mesh specifications cover three mainstream models: 10×20mm, 15×30mm and 20×40mm. The tensile strength reaches 150-220MPa, the weight is controlled at 1.2-3.5kg per square meter, the fire rating meets GB 8624 Class A, and it has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification. The thickness of the surface galvanized layer is ≥8μm, which has long-term anti-rust and anti-oxidation capabilities.
It is mainly used in the exterior wall insulation hanging net of residential buildings and commercial office buildings, scaffold protective baffle, highway sound insulation barrier frame, temporary construction enclosure and other scenarios, and can also be used as the base net of outdoor billboards. It is suitable for all kinds of building reinforcement and decoration projects, especially suitable for building protection projects in humid coastal areas, replacing traditional steel mesh to reduce long-term maintenance costs.
