This heavy-duty stainless steel mesh is engineered to solve critical pain points in industrial operations. The 316L stainless steel material provides excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, making it suitable for use in coastal mining facilities, chemical processing plants, and offshore oil platforms. The twill weave structure creates a tighter, more rigid mesh surface, preventing deformation even under heavy loads of abrasive materials such as ore, gravel, and construction debris. The 1.2mm wire diameter delivers exceptional tensile strength of up to 620MPa, reducing the risk of mesh breakage during high-volume screening operations. Compared to standard industrial meshes, it offers a wider temperature resistance range, enabling stable performance in both cryogenic storage and high-heat metallurgical processes. The passivated surface enhances corrosion resistance further, forming a protective oxide layer that prevents rust and material degradation over extended service life. It also features uniform mesh openings, ensuring consistent screening accuracy to separate materials of different sizes efficiently.

Constructed with a 1.2mm thick 316L stainless steel wire, this woven mesh offers exceptional durability for industrial applications. The twill weave structure creates 10mm x 10mm square mesh openings, providing optimal balance between material flow rate and screening accuracy for separating coarse to medium-sized particles. The standard width of 2.0m and roll length of 20m allow for easy installation in large-scale screening equipment, including vibrating screens, trommel screens, and filter presses. It delivers a temperature resistance range of -60℃ to 1000℃, enabling stable performance in cryogenic storage of chemicals and high-heat metallurgical smelting processes. The industrial high-corrosion resistance grade ensures it can withstand prolonged exposure to 10% sulfuric acid, saltwater, and alkaline solutions without degrading. The passivated surface has a corrosion current density of ≤0.05μA/cm², meeting strict industrial corrosion standards. Each roll is packaged in a wooden crate with protective padding to prevent damage during transportation. The mesh’s wear resistance is tested to withstand 5000+ hours of abrasive material screening without significant wire wear.

This heavy-duty 316L stainless steel mesh finds extensive use in a wide range of industrial sectors. In the mining industry, it is used as a key component in vibrating screens to separate ore particles by size, enabling efficient extraction of valuable minerals while removing waste rock. In metallurgy, it serves as a filtration medium in smelting processes to separate molten metal from slag, ensuring the production of high-purity steel and non-ferrous metals. In the oil and gas industry, it is employed in offshore platform filtration systems to separate sand and debris from crude oil and drilling fluids, protecting pumps and pipelines from abrasion and blockage. In chemical processing plants, it is used for filtering corrosive chemicals and separating solid catalysts from liquid reactants, ensuring safe and efficient production processes. It is also suitable for construction and demolition waste recycling, screening concrete debris and gravel to produce reusable building materials. Large-scale industrial facilities and mining operations rely on its durability and corrosion resistance to maintain continuous production with minimal downtime.
