This industrial safety traffic sign has three key advantages. First, it adopts a 2mm thick aluminum plate coated with 0.1mm thick PVC film, which has excellent corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, and oils, solving the problem of traditional metal signs being easily corroded in chemical factories and oil warehouses. Second, it complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and GB 2894-2008 standards, with clear safety patterns and text, including warning signs, prohibition signs, and instruction signs, effectively guiding workers and drivers to avoid dangerous areas. Third, it supports optional LED backlight modules, which can provide uniform illumination in dimly lit factory workshops and warehouses, ensuring clear visibility even in low-light environments, solving the pain point of poor visibility of passive signs in dark areas. Additionally, the sign’s surface is scratch-resistant, maintaining clear patterns and reflectivity for 8 years, reducing replacement and maintenance costs for enterprises.

The sign measures 600*600mm, with a 2mm thick high-purity aluminum plate substrate, which has good flatness and structural strength. The PVC coating has a pencil hardness of 3H, adhesion level 1, and can withstand 500 hours of salt spray testing without corrosion, meeting the corrosion resistance requirements of chemical factories. The engineering-grade reflective film has a reflectivity of 250cd·lx⁻¹·m⁻², meeting ASTM D4956 Type I standards, with a service life of 8 years. The optional LED backlight module uses SMD 3030 beads, with a total power of 5W, a working voltage of 12V/220V optional, and a continuous working time of 50,000 hours. The working temperature range is -10°C to 60°C, adapting to the temperature changes in industrial production sites. The installation hole diameter is 10mm, suitable for wall-mounted or column-mounted installation, matching standard factory safety brackets.

This product is widely applicable to various industrial production scenarios, including chemical factories where corrosion resistance is required, warehouse logistics centers with high vehicle flow, mechanical processing plants with heavy equipment operations, dangerous goods storage areas with strict safety requirements, and industrial park road sections with mixed personnel and vehicle flow. Industrial park management companies can install it to mark speed limits, pedestrian crossings, and vehicle parking areas; chemical factories can use it to warn of flammable, explosive, and toxic areas; warehouse logistics enterprises can deploy it to guide forklift routes, fire escape channels, and cargo storage areas. In addition, it is suitable for temporary maintenance sites in factories, providing clear safety warnings to prevent accidental injury to workers and ensure smooth maintenance work.
