This corner guard is made of 3mm-thick Q235 carbon structural steel, which can withstand impact loads of up to 50kN from heavy trucks and buses without buckling or breaking. The hot-dip galvanized coating with a thickness of ≥80μm provides superior anti-corrosion protection, resisting rust and oxidation in coastal, industrial, and high-humidity areas for over 10 years. The engineering-grade reflective film has a reflectivity of ≥500cd/lx·m², ensuring clear visibility at distances of up to 200 meters, effectively preventing off-road accidents. Its 6-point mounting system ensures a secure fit to concrete barriers or steel structures, eliminating displacement during collisions. Unlike ordinary steel guards, it undergoes electrostatic spraying after galvanization, adding an extra layer of protection against UV radiation and chemical erosion. Compliant with JT/T 495-2014 road safety standards, it meets the strict requirements of highway and municipal road construction projects.

The high-strength steel highway corner guard has an overall height of 1200mm and a width of 150mm at the base, with a 3mm-thick steel plate body that provides maximum impact resistance. The hot-dip galvanized coating has a zinc content of ≥450g/m², meeting ISO1461 anti-corrosion standards. The engineering-grade reflective film is applied to the upper 800mm of the guard, with a width of 100mm, ensuring continuous visibility. Each unit has 6 mounting holes (diameter 12mm) evenly distributed along the height, compatible with M10 expansion bolts for secure installation. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 70℃, with a tensile strength of ≥375MPa. The product weighs 18kg per unit, and each carton contains 2 units, measuring 1250mm×180mm×180mm and weighing 37kg per carton. It is certified by JT/T 495-2014, the national standard for road safety facilities, ensuring compliance with highway engineering specifications.

This corner guard is primarily used in highway and municipal road infrastructure projects, including highway exit/entry ramps, curve sections, toll station barriers, bridge pier protection, and roadside guardrail ends. It is also suitable for use in national and provincial highways, urban expressways, and industrial park access roads where heavy vehicle traffic is frequent. In areas with harsh weather conditions, such as coastal regions with high salt content in the air or northern regions with extreme cold, its anti-corrosion and low-temperature resistance properties ensure reliable performance. It effectively reduces the risk of vehicle rollover or structural damage during accidents, protecting both drivers and road infrastructure. For road construction and maintenance teams, it is a durable, low-maintenance solution that minimizes long-term repair and replacement costs.
