The flexible butyl rubber material is the key feature, as it can be bent to fit any curved or irregular edge, such as furniture table corners, refrigerator edges, and car door panels, which is impossible with rigid plastic or metal guards. The nano adhesive layer leaves no residue when removed, ensuring it won’t damage the surface of furniture or appliances, solving the common problem of sticky residue left by ordinary adhesive strips. The product can be cut to any length with household scissors, allowing users to customize it for different applications. The reflective stripes provide high visibility in dark environments, alerting children and pets to potential hazards, reducing the risk of accidental injuries. Additionally, the butyl rubber material is waterproof and UV-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor furniture and vehicle exteriors, protecting against sun damage and rain corrosion.

Each roll is 5000mm long, 50mm wide, and 8mm thick, providing enough material to cover multiple corners. The butyl rubber has a shore hardness of 35±5 HA, offering soft, shock-absorbing protection that won’t cause injuries if bumped. The nano adhesive layer has an initial adhesion strength of 15N/25mm, ensuring it sticks firmly to smooth surfaces like wood, glass, plastic, and metal, and a final adhesion strength of 20N/25mm after 48 hours. The reflective stripes are 20mm wide, with a luminance coefficient of 400 cd·lx⁻¹·m⁻², meeting ASTM safety standards. The product is non-toxic and odorless, complying with UL child safety standards, making it safe for use in children’s rooms and baby furniture. The transparent option allows users to protect furniture edges without altering the original appearance, maintaining the aesthetic of their home decor.

This corner strip is widely used in residential, automotive, and small commercial settings. In homes, it is applied to table corners, chair edges, baby bed rails, and refrigerator corners to protect children and elderly family members from accidental bumps and scratches. In vehicles, it is used on door panels, dashboard edges, and trunk corners to protect the interior from scratches caused by luggage and other items, while the reflective stripes help drivers locate door handles in dark parking lots. For pet owners, it is applied to furniture corners to prevent pets from scratching and damaging the surface. In small retail stores, it is used on display shelf edges to protect products from scratches during handling. It is also suitable for school classrooms, where it is applied to desk corners to protect students from accidental injuries.
