Additionally, its stainless steel backboard has excellent corrosion resistance, which can withstand the erosion of tunnel exhaust gas and moisture, with a service life of over 20 years.

The sign measures 700*700mm with a total thickness of 7mm, consisting of a 4mm 304 stainless steel backboard and a 0.3mm flame-retardant reflective film. The LED module consists of 48 high-efficiency SMD LEDs with a color temperature of 5500K, ensuring uniform light emission and no glare. The backup lithium battery has a capacity of 12V/36Ah, with a cycle life of over 3000 times, and can maintain 80% of its capacity after 10 years of use. The product has passed NFPA 101 emergency evacuation standard testing and CE certification, and its flame retardant grade reaches UL 94 V-0. It can withstand wind speeds of up to 150km/h and impact force of 800N without deformation. The installation bracket is made of stainless steel, which can be installed on the tunnel wall or ceiling, with a 0-30° angle adjustment function to adapt to different tunnel structures. The product also has an intelligent self-check function, which can automatically detect battery and LED performance and send an alarm signal when a fault occurs.
This product is essential for various tunnel scenarios.
