This scenic area traffic sign has three core competitive advantages. First, it uses bamboo fiber degradable composite material made from renewable bamboo resources, which is 100% compostable and meets EU OK Compost standards, eliminating the environmental pollution caused by discarded traditional signs, solving the pain point of difficult waste disposal in scenic areas. Second, its surface is treated with a natural bamboo texture ,mountain scenic spots, and rural trail environments, avoiding the visual obtrusiveness of metal or plastic signs, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the scenic area. Third, the engineering-grade reflective film has a reflectivity of 250cd·lx⁻¹·m⁻², meeting ASTM D4956 Type I standards, ensuring clear visibility for pedestrians and non-motorized vehicle drivers at a distance of 800m at night, effectively guiding traffic in scenic areas with insufficient lighting. Additionally, the material has high impact resistance and moisture resistance, adapting to the humid environment in scenic areas without deformation or mold growth.

The sign measures 800*800mm, with a 10mm thick bamboo fiber composite substrate, which has a density of 1.2g/cm³ and a tensile strength of 30MPa, meeting national standard structural requirements. The engineering-grade reflective film has a service life of 5 years, matching the degradation cycle of the substrate, ensuring that the entire sign can be degraded uniformly. The surface is coated with a water-based eco-friendly coating, which is non-toxic and odorless, and can resist UV radiation, preventing color fading for 5 years. The working temperature range is -20°C to 50°C, adapting to the temperature changes in mountain scenic spots. For ground-embedded installation, the sign is equipped with a 200mm long embedded section made of the same composite material, ensuring stable fixation. For bracket-mounted installation, the matching stainless steel bracket has a corrosion resistance rating of 5 years, avoiding rusting in humid environments. The sign text and patterns are printed using eco-friendly water-based inks, which are non-toxic and do not pollute the environment.

This product is widely applicable to various ecological tourism scenarios, including forest parks with strict environmental protection requirements, mountain scenic spots with natural landscapes, rural tourism trails connecting villages, natural reserves with limited human intervention, and ecological agricultural tourism parks. Scenic area management committees can install it to guide tourists to scenic spots, viewing platforms, and rest areas without damaging the natural environment; forest park authorities can use it to mark fire prevention zones, wildlife protection areas, and emergency escape routes; rural tourism development companies can deploy it on rural trails to guide tourists to farm stays, picking gardens, and cultural heritage sites. In addition, it is suitable for temporary scenic area events such as forest hiking competitions, providing eco-friendly traffic guidance that aligns with the green theme of the event.
