The modified polyurethane material has a Shore hardness of 85A, and the glass fiber content is 15%, which significantly improves the product's toughness and wear resistance. The installation uses 4 M12 expansion screws per piece, with a buried depth of 100mm, ensuring firm fixation without loosening after long-term use. The product has passed ASTM D638 tensile strength test and CE safety certification, and the service life is more than 8 years, which is 3 times that of ordinary rubber speed bumps. It can be customized in length and color according to customer needs, and the splicing between pieces is seamless to avoid vehicle jolting.
