The Intelligent Early-Warning Anti-Collision Guardrail adopts a modular structure, with each standard section measuring 2 meters in length and 0.8 meters in height. The main guardrail panel is made of 6mm thick Q355 high-strength weather-resistant steel, while the supporting columns are 150mm in diameter with a wall thickness of 5mm, buried 0.8 meters deep into the ground for stable support. The millimeter wave radar has a detection range of 50-200 meters with adjustable sensitivity, and the AI image recognition module uses an 8MP high-definition camera with a 120° viewing angle to capture clear images of vehicle behaviors. The solar panel has a power output of 30W, paired with a 100Ah lithium iron phosphate battery that provides backup power for up to 15 days. The guardrail surface is coated with a powder coating with a thickness of 80μm, offering excellent UV resistance and corrosion resistance. It complies with ISO 14001 environmental management standards, and its impact resistance reaches up to 100kN, effectively absorbing collision energy to reduce vehicle and driver damage.
This product is primarily applicable to high-risk sections of expressways and first-class highways, including curved sections, long downhill slopes, tunnel entrances and exits, bridge approaches, and accident-prone areas with a history of frequent rear-end collisions. It is also suitable for temporary use in highway construction sections to guide traffic and prevent secondary accidents.
