Equipped with 3M engineering-grade reflective film, this cone has a reflective brightness 3 times higher than ordinary traffic cones, which can be clearly identified by vehicle headlights from a distance of 500 meters at night, solving the pain point of poor warning effect of traditional cones in low-light conditions. The cone body is integrally formed with high-density PVC, which is impact-resistant and wear-resistant, and will not deform or damage even if slightly scraped by vehicles. The weighted base design enhances stability, enabling it to withstand level 8 strong winds and avoid being easily blown down. The surface is treated with anti-UV coating, which prevents fading and aging for more than 5 years, ensuring long-term warning effectiveness.

The total height of the cone is 700mm, with a base diameter of 350mm, and the cone body wall thickness is 3mm, ensuring sufficient structural strength. The total weight of the product is 4.5kg, including a 3.2kg weighted rubber base that provides strong ground grip. It is equipped with two 150mm-wide circular reflective strips, evenly distributed on the upper and middle parts of the cone body to maximize the warning range. The temperature resistance range covers -30℃ to 60℃, adapting to extreme weather conditions in most regions. It complies with the EU EN 13422 traffic warning facility standard, meeting international safety requirements. When stacked for storage, each cubic meter can hold about 80 cones, which is convenient for transportation and warehouse management.
