The core unique advantage of this speed bump is its EVA buffer layer, which absorbs 35% of vehicle impact force and reduces noise to below 60 decibels, solving the long-standing problem of speed bump-related noise complaints in residential areas. Made from 100% recycled PVC, it supports sustainable development and meets RoHS environmental standards, making it a preferred choice for green building projects. Its low-profile 40mm height ensures smooth passage for ambulances and fire trucks without affecting emergency response efficiency. The adhesive installation option allows non-destructive fixation on paved surfaces, suitable for historic communities or areas where bolt drilling is restricted. The gray-green color option blends with landscape design, avoiding visual disruption to residential environments.

Each speed bump measures 1000mm in length, 250mm in width, and 40mm in height, with a net weight of 10kg. The top layer is 25mm thick recycled PVC, and the bottom buffer layer is 15mm thick EVA material, providing excellent shock absorption. The maximum load capacity is 50 tons, sufficient for passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. Temperature resistance ranges from -30℃ to 70℃, ensuring stable performance in most temperate and subtropical regions. The adhesive used for installation is a high-strength road-specific glue, with shear strength of 2.5MPa, ensuring firm fixation without shifting. The reflective strips (optional) are made of PET material, with a reflectivity of 700cd/lx·m². The product’s Shore hardness is 55±5 HA, balancing comfort and durability.

This quiet speed bump is widely used in noise-sensitive areas such as residential neighborhoods with dense populations, primary and secondary school campuses where student safety is a top priority, hospital zones requiring quiet environments for patient recovery, and commercial pedestrian streets with mixed pedestrian and vehicle traffic. It is also suitable for elderly care facilities, kindergartens, and urban park parking lots. In these scenarios, it effectively reduces vehicle speeds to protect pedestrians, especially children and the elderly, while minimizing noise disturbance to residents and patients. Its eco-friendly material composition makes it compatible with green community projects, aligning with sustainable urban development goals.
