The key differentiation of this speed bump is its high-grade ductile cast steel material, which maintains structural integrity at temperatures up to 120℃, eliminating the risk of softening or deformation common in rubber products in high-heat environments. Its 200-ton load capacity makes it suitable for the heaviest industrial vehicles, solving the pain point of speed bump failure in steel and smelting facilities. The raised reflective dots are embedded in the cast steel surface, avoiding wear from constant vehicle rolling and ensuring long-term visibility. The pre-embedded installation method combines with expansion bolts to create a permanent, shift-free fixture, even under repeated heavy impacts. Additionally, the powder-coated finish provides excellent resistance to chemical corrosion from industrial pollutants and road salts.

Each unit measures 1000mm in length, 350mm in width, and 60mm in height, with a net weight of 45kg. The ductile cast steel material meets ASTM A536 Grade 60-40-18 standards, ensuring tensile strength of 415 MPa and yield strength of 275 MPa. The powder-coated layer is 80μm thick, providing superior rust and corrosion protection. Temperature resistance ranges from -50℃ to 120℃, allowing stable operation in polar cold regions and high-heat industrial sites. The raised reflective dots are made of high-hardness glass beads, with a reflectivity of 750cd/lx·m². Installation requires 6 M16 expansion bolts per unit, with pre-embedded depth of 150mm for enhanced stability. The product’s Shore hardness is HB180-220, ensuring maximum impact resistance.

This speed bump is primarily applied in heavy industrial sectors such as steel mills, where molten steel transport trucks operate continuously, smelting plants with high ambient temperatures, and foundries handling heavy casting equipment. It is also suitable for port bulk cargo terminals with ultra-heavy loaders and mining processing plants with large ore crushing machinery. In these scenarios, it effectively controls vehicle speeds to prevent collisions with industrial equipment, protects paved surfaces from damage caused by heavy vehicle impact, and enhances worker safety in high-risk areas. Its high-temperature resistance also makes it ideal for use near industrial furnaces, asphalt production facilities, and other high-heat work zones where standard speed bumps cannot perform reliably.
