The core highlight of this product is the dual protection of fire resistance and corrosion resistance. The high-temperature fireproof coating can slow down the softening speed of steel in the event of a fire, extending the escape time for building occupants. Q345 high-strength steel improves the load-bearing capacity by 40% compared with conventional Q235 steel, adapting to heavy ceiling panels and high partition heights. The combination of galvanized layer and fireproof coating provides both rust prevention and fire resistance, solving the pain point of insufficient fire resistance of conventional keels in fire protection scenarios. Pre-installed standard installation slots eliminate the need for on-site cutting, quickly adapting to large-scale construction installation needs and improving construction efficiency by more than 30%.

Stamped and formed from Q345 low-alloy high-strength cold-formed steel, this keel has a thickness of 0.8mm and a standard length of 3600mm (12ft). It features a U-shaped cross-section with a flange width of 30mm and a web height of 75mm. The surface is first treated with hot dip galvanizing and then sprayed with high-temperature resistant inorganic fireproof coating, complying with the GB 50016-2014 building design fire protection standard. It weighs 1.22kg per meter and has a single-piece load-bearing capacity of up to 1500N/m. The reserved installation slot spacing is 150mm, compatible with national standard light steel keel connectors. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.15mm, ensuring the accuracy of large-scale structural installation.

It is mainly applicable to high-rise residential buildings, commercial complexes, hospitals, schools and other building scenarios with strict fire protection requirements. It can be used as a support keel for heavy ceilings (such as ceilings installing central air-conditioning ducts and fire pipes), and also as a main keel for high-rise non-load-bearing partitions, compatible with heavy panels such as calcium silicate board and high-density gypsum board. It meets the fire safety and structural stability requirements of public buildings, and is the first choice of fire-resistant support materials for commercial building decoration.
