The optimized H-shaped cross-section design maximizes the bending resistance and torsional strength of the keel, meeting the wind pressure resistance requirements of 12-grade typhoon areas. The fluorocarbon coating has a film thickness of 30-40μm, with excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays, acid rain and atmospheric corrosion. The 6000mm long specification reduces the number of on-site joints, improving the overall stability of the curtain wall system. It is equipped with special anti-seismic connectors to meet the seismic fortification requirements of 8-degree earthquake areas. The product has passed the third-party safety performance test, ensuring compliance with international curtain wall safety standards.

The keel has a standard length of 6000mm with an allowable deviation of ±10mm, the web height is 80mm ±0.2mm, the flange width is 40mm ±0.1mm, and the thickness is 2.0mm ±0.08mm. The fluorocarbon coating meets the AAMA 2605 standard, with a color difference of ΔE ≤1.5. The static load-bearing capacity reaches 350N per linear meter, meeting the load requirements of large-scale stone and glass curtain walls. The packaging is fixed with iron frames to avoid deformation during transportation, with 6 pieces per bundle. Custom cross-section specifications and surface treatment colors can be customized according to project needs.

This product is mainly used for high-rise building glass curtain walls, stone curtain walls, metal panel curtain walls and other large-scale exterior wall decoration projects. It is suitable for commercial office buildings, star-rated hotels, convention and exhibition centers and other high-rise building exterior wall projects, providing stable and reliable support for the curtain wall system to resist wind load, earthquake and other external forces.
