The standardized U-shaped section design ensures uniform structural bearing, no additional reinforcement accessories are required during installation, and special connection clips can be used for rapid splicing, greatly shortening the construction cycle. At the same time, the product weighs only 1/3 of steel keels, reducing the overall building load and meeting the energy-saving requirements of green buildings, solving the industry pain points of traditional keels with poor corrosion resistance and complicated installation.

The detailed parameters include using 6063-T5 aluminum alloy material, thickness can be customized from 0.6mm to 1.2mm, standard lengths of 3000mm and 6000mm are optional. The U-shaped section has a flange width of 25mm and a web height of 50mm. The electrostatic powder coating thickness is 60±5μm, and the weight per meter is about 0.85kg. It complies with ASTM A924 and GB/T 228.1-2010 standards. The connection methods support two fixing modes: blind rivets and self-tapping screws, which are suitable for the installation needs of mainstream ceiling panels.

It is mainly applicable to the ceiling system installation of commercial complexes, star hotels, office buildings, schools, hospitals and other civil and commercial buildings. It can be matched with all kinds of ceiling panels such as gypsum boards, mineral wool boards, aluminum gussets, and can also be used as an auxiliary support structure for indoor partitions, adapting to building scenes of different floor heights. It can also be used for ceiling setup of temporary exhibition halls, with the ability to flexibly adapt to various installation scenarios.
