This keel adopts a reinforced C-shaped cross-section design, which greatly improves the overall structural strength and load-bearing capacity, solving the problem of insufficient support strength of traditional lightweight keels. The electrophoretic galvanized surface treatment provides a more uniform and durable protective layer than ordinary hot-dip galvanizing, effectively resisting corrosion in humid indoor environments such as bathrooms and basements. The thicker 0.8mm material and widened flange width enhance the connection stability with keel connectors, reducing the risk of wall deformation during long-term use.

Material: High-strength cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 0.8mm; Cross-section: Reinforced C-shaped with 20mm flange width and 75mm web height; Available standard lengths: 3000mm and 6000mm; Surface treatment: Electrophoretic galvanizing up to G120 grade; Compliance with ASTM C754 standard; Load-bearing capacity: 80kg per linear meter; Package: Bundled in 30 pieces per pallet; Weight per piece: Approximately 1.6kg.

Mainly applicable to commercial office partition walls, high-rise residential interior partitions, hospital ward partitions, and industrial workshop separating walls. It is suitable for matching with double-layer gypsum board partition systems, meeting the requirements of sound insulation, fire resistance, and structural stability for medium-to-high load-bearing partition scenarios. It can also be used as a load-bearing frame for suspended partition walls in large public places.
