The remote control system adopts a 2.4G wireless signal, with a control distance of up to 500 meters, and can realize real-time monitoring of the underwater operating status, improving the safety and accuracy of operation. In addition, the dredger is equipped with a detachable slurry pump, which is easy to maintain and replace.
The dredger has an overall length of 2.1 meters, molded beam of 0.8 meters, and total weight of 120 kilograms. The maximum underwater working depth is 10 meters, and the dredging depth is 3 meters. It is equipped with a brushless DC motor with rated power of 2.2kW, and the discharge pipe has an inner diameter of 80 mm. This remote-controlled mini underwater dredger is mainly applicable to underwater pipeline maintenance, wharf pile foundation cleaning, underwater platform sediment removal, underwater bridge pier cleaning and other narrow underwater space scenarios.
