The core competitive advantage of this dredger lies in its integrated trailing suction system and self-propelled function, which can realize independent operation without auxiliary tugboats, greatly improving the construction efficiency. The 1200 cubic meters hopper can store a large amount of sediment, and the bottom opening discharge system can realize rapid discharge of sediment within 30 minutes, reducing the construction waiting time. It is equipped with a three-stage automatic dredging control system, which can automatically adjust the dredging depth and suction power according to the stratum conditions, reducing the operation difficulty and improving the construction accuracy. In addition, the ship is equipped with a complete marine life support system, supporting 7 days of continuous operation at sea.

The dredger has an overall length of 58 meters, molded beam of 12.5 meters, molded depth of 4.8 meters and full-load draft of 3.8 meters. The maximum dredging depth is 25 meters, and the hopper has a capacity of 1200 cubic meters. It is equipped with two main diesel engines with total installed power of 1200kW, and the self-propelled speed is 12 knots. The trailing suction pipe has a diameter of 800 mm, and the slurry pump flow rate is 1500 cubic meters per hour. The total displacement is 850 metric tons, and the marine navigation level is level 3, which can adapt to sea conditions of level 5 wind and waves. The ship is equipped with a complete set of navigation and communication equipment, meeting the requirements of offshore operation.

This self-propelled hopper dredger is mainly applicable to deep-water channel dredging, coastal port expansion, offshore wind power foundation treatment, large-scale lake water area governance and other large-scale projects. It can independently complete the whole process of sediment excavation, storage and discharge, providing efficient dredging services for large-scale water area construction projects. It is also suitable for ocean engineering projects such as island reclamation and underwater pipeline laying auxiliary dredging.
