The core advantage of this amphibious dredger lies in its low ground contact pressure design, which can travel on soft soil with a bearing capacity of only 10 kPa without sinking, adapting to the complex terrain of wetlands and tidal flats. The crawler traveling system uses rubber tracks, which will not cause damage to the wetland soil during travel. It is equipped with a clamshell grab bucket, which can efficiently excavate sediment and aquatic plants in wetland areas, and the hydraulic control system can realize precise operation of the grab bucket. In addition, the closed cab is equipped with a monitoring system, which can realize real-time monitoring of the operating status of the whole machine, improving the safety of operation.

The dredger has an overall length of 10.2 meters, molded beam of 3.5 meters, and the crawler width is 0.8 meters. The ground contact pressure is 5 kPa, and the maximum walking speed on land is 1.5 km/h. The maximum dredging depth is 8 meters, and the clamshell bucket has a rated capacity of 0.8 cubic meters. It is equipped with a 4105-series diesel engine with rated power of 60kW, and the hydraulic system working pressure is 18 MPa. The rotating speed of the turntable is 0.6 r/s, and the total weight of the complete machine is 12 metric tons. It can travel freely in water and on land, adapting to various complex terrains such as wetlands, tidal flats and swamps.

This amphibious dredger is mainly applicable to wetland ecological restoration, tidal flat dredging, reservoir sediment treatment, swamp area governance and other projects. It can freely travel in water-land alternating areas, efficiently excavate sediment and foreign matter in wetland areas, and will not cause damage to the wetland soil. It is also suitable for dredging projects in shallow water areas and soft soil areas such as river mouth wetlands and coastal tidal flats.
