The key technical highlights of this platform include its ultra-high rigidity modulus of ≥200GPa, which provides excellent stability for heavy-duty machine tools. The excellent vibration damping performance reduces machining vibrations, improving surface finish accuracy and extending the service life of cutting tools. The ultra-low thermal deformation rate ensures that the platform maintains consistent dimensions even with temperature changes during long-term machining operations. The built-in anchor bolt holes allow for secure installation of the machine tool, ensuring that it remains stable during high-speed machining operations. Unlike cast iron bases, it does not rust or require regular painting, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.

The platform is available in standard sizes from 1000mm×800mm×200mm to 4000mm×3000mm×500mm, with custom sizes fully supported. The flatness error is controlled at ≤1μm per meter. The load capacity ranges from 5000kg for small-sized platforms up to 15000kg for large-scale machine tool bases. The thermal deformation rate is ≤1×10^-6 per degree Celsius, ensuring minimal dimensional changes even with continuous operation. The built-in anchor bolt holes are pre-drilled based on customer requirements, ensuring with the machine tool. The surface is polished to a roughness of Ra≤0.1μm.

This granite machine tool base platform is primarily used as a foundation for CNC milling machines, precision grinders, three-coordinate measuring machines, optical inspection equipment and other high-precision machining tools. It is suitable for workshops in the aerospace, automotive, mold manufacturing and semiconductor industries, where high machining accuracy and long-term stability are critical. It can also be used as a base for large-scale experimental equipment in academic research centers. Its excellent vibration damping performance makes it ideal for high-speed machining operations, where traditional cast iron bases would produce excessive vibrations that affect machining quality.
