This large-scale granite platform has a workbench size of 2000mm in length, 1500mm in width, and 200mm in thickness, with a flatness tolerance of 5μm per 1000mm for 0-grade precision. It is equipped with 4 rows of T-slots with a width of 20mm and a pitch of 150mm for fixing standard welding fixtures. The maximum static loading capacity is 10000kg, and the total weight is 1800kg. The linear expansion coefficient is 5.0×10^-6/℃, maintaining stable performance within a temperature range of 10℃ to 35℃. It is packaged in a split reinforced wooden crate to facilitate transportation and on-site assembly, and each unit comes with a calibration certificate valid for 12 months.
