Its 00-grade accuracy complies with the international ISO 10360 standard, which can meet the high-precision detection requirements of CMM. The surface roughness Ra≤0.1μm can avoid the scratch of the workpiece and the detection probe, ensuring the accuracy of detection data. The precision threaded holes are specially designed to match the CMM fixture, which can quickly and accurately fix the workpiece and the measuring equipment, improving the detection efficiency. The anti-static anti-slip rubber pads can effectively prevent static electricity from interfering with precision detection and avoid platform sliding during detection.

The overall dimensions are 800mm (length) × 1200mm (width) × 200mm (height), and the net weight of a single unit is approximately 1500kg. The flatness tolerance complies with the 00-grade standard of ISO 10360, with a flatness deviation of no more than 0.8μm for the 800×1200mm specification. The Mohs hardness reaches above 62, and the thermal expansion coefficient is 4.5×10^-6/℃. It is equipped with 16 precision M12 threaded holes as standard, which can be adjusted according to the requirements of different CMM fixtures. The anti-static anti-slip rubber pads have a resistance of 10^6-10^9Ω, which can effectively eliminate static electricity interference.
