Adopting advanced electro-hydraulic servo synchronization control system,real-time feedback is achieved through high-resolution grating ruler to achieve precise synchronization at both ends of the slider(Y1/Y2 axis),ensuring consistency of bending angle.The rear material(X-axis)adopts a high rigidity design,with multiple independent control segments(optional R-axis),which can avoid complex workpieces.Numerical control systems(such as Delem and Cybelec)have graphical programming,angle calculation,mold library management,and deflection compensation functions,making operation intuitive.The hydraulic system adopts energy-saving servo variable pumps,which only provide pressure when needed,with low noise and low energy consumption.The body has good rigidity and strong resistance to eccentric loads.

The maximum plate thickness that can be bent(taking Q235 as an example)is about 6 mm.The fast descent speed is≥150 mm/s,the working speed is adjustable from 5-15 mm/s,and the return speed is≥100 mm/s.Rear material(X-axis)positioning accuracy±0.05 mm.Standard deflection compensation system(mechanical or hydraulic).The workbench and slider have T-shaped slots for installing molds.The working noise of machine tools is usually below 75 dB.The net weight is about 12000 kg.
