The bed body is made of high phosphorus cast iron and has undergone multiple artificial aging treatments,completely eliminating internal stress and providing excellent stability.The guide rail adopts high damping plastic coated sliding guide rail or zero friction static pressure guide rail,ensuring smooth movement.The grinding wheel spindle adopts high rigidity dynamic static or static pressure bearings,with a rotation accuracy of micrometer level and good damping characteristics.The workpiece spindle adopts high-precision angular contact bearings and is equipped with C-axis function(optional)to achieve non-circular grinding.The CNC system integrates grinding wheel dressing compensation,online dimension measurement,and closed-loop control.Optional automatic loading and unloading device.

The maximum weight of the workpiece that can be ground is usually 30 kg.The maximum rotation angle of the worktable is±15°.The minimum feed rate(X-axis)can reach 0.0001 mm.Grinding roundness≤0.001 mm,cylindricity≤0.002 mm,surface roughness≤Ra 0.2μm.Grinding wheel trimmers are mostly diamond rollers or single point diamond pens.The coolant system is equipped with multi-stage filtration(magnetic separation+paper tape filtration).The net weight of the machine tool is about 6000 kg.
