The maximum turning diameter on the bed is usuallyΦ400 mm.The spindle adopts A2-6 or A2-8 short cone flange interface.The fast movement speed of X/Z axis can reach 15/20 m/min.Positioning accuracy:X-axis±0.003 mm,Z-axis±0.004 mm.Repetitive positioning accuracy:±0.002 mm.Can be equipped with hydraulic chuck,spring chuck or manual three jaw chuck.The cooling system has high pressure and large flow rate.The net weight of the machine tool is about 4500 kg,and the external dimensions are about 2600 x 1800 x 1900 mm.
Suitable for large-scale or small batch production of automotive components(wheel hub units,transmission shafts,brake discs),hydraulic and pneumatic components(valve bodies,joints,pistons),motor shafts,precision shafts,instrument parts,etc.By configuring the power turret and C-axis control(optional),it can be upgraded to a simple turning center,which can complete multiple processes such as turning,milling,drilling,and tapping in one go,reducing the number of clamping times and improving efficiency and accuracy.It is a standard configuration for modern machining workshops.
