VMC-850 adopts an integral high-strength cast iron bed and gantry frame structure,ensuring excellent geometric accuracy retention and vibration resistance.The three-axis adopts high rigidity linear roller guide and large-diameter pre stretched ball screw,combined with high-performance servo drive,to achieve high-speed and high-precision movement.The BT40 mechanical spindle comes standard with a circulating oil cooling system,which has good temperature rise control and can maintain machining accuracy for a long time.The disc type knife magazine with 24 knives can change knives quickly and reliably.The fully enclosed protective cover is equipped with a high flow chip flushing and oil-water separation system to enhance the processing environment and safety.The machine tool design facilitates chip removal and coolant recovery.

The worktable size is 1000 x 500 mm,with a maximum load capacity of 800 kg.The distance from the spindle nose to the worktable is 150-650 mm.The fast moving speed can reach 36 m/min(X/Y)and 30 m/min(Z).The power of the spindle motor is 11/15 kW(continuous/30 minutes).The required air source pressure for the machine tool is 0.6 MPa,and the flow rate is greater than 300 L/min.The total power is about 35 kVA.The external dimensions are approximately 2800 x 2300 x 2700 mm(length x width x height),with a net weight of approximately 7500 kg.
