The IP67 protection grade is suitable for outdoor harsh working conditions, and is not afraid of rain and dust erosion. The wired RS485 transmission ensures stable and non-lost data, and supports docking with the enterprise ERP system. It is compatible with all series of 5-50 ton heavy loaders, and can be quickly installed without large-scale transformation of the original equipment, greatly reducing the user's transformation cost and solving the pain points of the cumbersome and time-consuming traditional static weighing process.

The overall installation size is 1200mm×800mm×350mm, the net weight of a single set of equipment is 125kg, the adaptability bucket volume range is 2-15 m³, the standby power consumption is ≤15W, the peak power consumption is ≤120W, the sensor response time is ≤0.2s, the weighing error is ≤±0.5%, and it supports one-key tare and automatic recording of each loading data.

It is suitable for open-pit mine stone weighing, loading and metering of large sand and gravel plants, temporary weighing of port bulk cargo, material accounting of large infrastructure projects and other scenarios, and is compatible with mainstream heavy loader brands such as Caterpillar and Komatsu.
