The product is woven with ultra-fine stainless steel ropes, with a light transmittance of more than 85%, which can retain the transparent view of the building exterior facade and form a unique mesh light and shadow effect, adding modern artistic sense to the building. The mirror polished surface has a very high texture, which can reflect natural light and reduce the air conditioning energy consumption of the building. It also has excellent corrosion resistance, and can maintain its aesthetic appearance for more than 30 years in coastal high-salt spray environments. The hidden installation design will not destroy the overall visual effect of the building exterior facade, and can be customized into different shapes according to the building curve, adapting to special-shaped curtain wall projects, and also having a certain fall prevention function to provide safety protection for exterior wall operations.
The rope diameter ranges from 1mm to 3mm, and the mesh size can be selected from 10x10mm to 50x50mm. Two surface treatments are available: mirror polishing or brushed polishing. The maximum size of a single roll is 100m x 1.2m, and the packaging is wrapped in waterproof plastic film. The area of a single roll is 36-120 square meters, and can be cut into custom sizes according to customer needs. The installation accessories are made of the same stainless steel material to avoid electrochemical corrosion problems.
