The product uses cold-drawn strengthened 316 stainless steel ropes, which are woven through precise weaving technology to achieve a flat mesh surface and uniform force. Each square meter can withstand a tensile force of over 1200MPa, far exceeding the industry standard. The passivated surface treatment avoids the water stain marks problem of ordinary stainless steel nets, and is suitable for coastal high-salt spray environments, requiring no frequent maintenance. The innovative clip-on installation system can quickly adapt to protective frames of different sizes, greatly shortening the construction period. At the same time, it has Class A non-combustible fire rating, meeting domestic building fire protection codes, solving the hidden danger of insufficient flame retardancy of traditional protective nets.

The rope diameter can be selected from 1.5mm to 6mm, and the mesh opening sizes support three standard specifications: 25x25mm, 50x50mm and 100x100mm. The maximum size of a single roll is 50m x 2m. The packaging is wrapped in waterproof plastic film and loaded into solid wood pallets, with a load of no more than 1000kg per pallet. Custom sizes are available according to customer needs, and we can provide professional installation guidance drawings to meet the customization requirements of different construction sites.

It is mainly used for high-rise building exterior protection, bridge edge safety protection, wind turbine tower operation protection, large venue high-altitude operation anti-fall systems. It can also be used as a long-term temporary protection facility installed in coastal construction sites, resisting sea wind and salt spray erosion, and reducing later maintenance costs. It is also suitable for temporary safety protection in large-scale sports events and outdoor concerts.
